Autocad Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion 2009
AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 includes Land Desktop, Civil Design, Survey and functionality.
Autodesk
simplifies the configuration of our product civil / survey to better
meet their needs. This will provide an easier and more cost effective
to purchase and maintain Autodesk civil products / survey. As of
November 27, 2006, customers who purchase a license Autodesk Civil 3D
(or crossover new and updated) will receive an updated product that
includes both Civil 3D, and the entire solution civil / survey of all
time.
Customers AutoCAD Civil 3D
1. All the
functionality that has always had the software Autodesk ® Land Desktop,
Civil Design, Survey and is now included in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009.

Autodesk remains committed to supporting those customers who need to
work in a mixed environment that includes the functionality of
engineering and research-based Autodesk Land Desktop as ever and the
new functionality of civil engineering and research-based Civil 3D.
Clients of AutoCAD Land Desktop
1.
If you are using AutoCAD Land Desktop as a standalone application, will
continue to have access to future versions of AutoCAD Land Desktop via
subscription Land Desktop. You should continue to maintain its current
subscription AutoCAD Land Desktop.
2. If you are using
Autodesk Civil Design Survey and Autodesk AutoCAD Land Desktop with its
complement to its solution civil / survey, we recommend that you
upgrade your license and crossing of AutoCAD Land Desktop with AutoCAD
Civil 3D 2009.
Customers of Autodesk Civil 3D-Civil Design Companion & Survey

If you are using these products on the Land Desktop Companion version
that is included in a license Autodesk Civil 3D, you can work the same
way it is working today. The version of AutoCAD Release 2009 Land
Desktop Companion has been expanded to include civil engineering and
surveying functions of planes, which would replace their need to
acquire and maintain licenses of Autodesk Survey and Autodesk Civil 3D
- Civil Design Companion.
2. Those who are using these
products with a license Autodesk Land Desktop should upgrade your cross
and Autodesk AutoCAD Land Desktop to Civil 3D 2009. This option will
ensure the ability to have the complete solution with which you are
currently working, and the product that will work in the future
(AutoCAD Civil 3D).
